For more than a decade I have practiced medicine from three main perspectives: spiritual, emotional and physical.  I believe in living with a mindful and proactive sprit, and strive to better myself through yoga and physical fitness.  In this manner, I try to develop a collaborative strategy with all of my patients to help guide them towards a deeper understanding of their own inherent power.  Medicine is much more than a prescription pad, and healing comes in many different forms.  Presence, kindness, acceptance, support and awakening, these are the steps in the path that I hope we can walk together.
